The 30 Spookiest Halloween Crochet Patterns

Adriana Maronese  - September 19, 2021

The spookiest time of the year is approaching soon and we must prepare for it! Just to be clear, I’m referring to Halloween and not to Tax Day 😛

Halloween is a holiday that originated in the Celtic tradition 2,000 years ago when people lit bonfires and wore costumes to protect themselves against ghosts. The festivity has evolved throughout the years and it’s now widely celebrated around the world. Costumes, pumpkin carving, and trick-or-treating are some of the most popular traditions that are associated with this day.

But what would Halloween be without decorations? Some of the most wonderful house ornaments include garlands, pumpkins, and spooky creatures. And for craft makers, like you and me, this is one of the most fun times of the year!

Looking for a ready-made plush? Check these out...

Here are the 30 spookiest crochet projects for you to try. Disclaimer: Not for the faint-hearted!
